Job Requirements:
1. Junior college degree or above, major in law or management related fields;
2. Prior experience in labor relations management or human resources is preferred;
3. Proficient in the Labor Contract Law, labor arbitration and other related regulations;
4. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and improve employee communication channels and conduct regular interviews within the company; responsible for exit interviews and analysis;
2. Handle employee relations, resolve employee complaints and disputes;
3. Responsible for the publicity and education of national labor relations-related laws and regulations;
