This project uses imported TMT (presumably referring to a type of machinery) winding equipment with an annual production capacity of 85,000 tons of Nylon POY, HOY, FDY and colored yarn.
Spinning workshop after the first phase
This project utilizes imported German Barmag texturing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of Nylon DTY.
Spinning workshop of Phase 1
Added a 320-spindle Nylon spinning production line, capable of producing fine denier, differentiated, functional FDYNylon filaments and POYNylon filaments, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons.
Spinning workshop phase one
Added 12 new spinning machines, with an annual output of 20,000 tons of DTY Nylon filament.
Warping workshop
Using self-produced high-quality HOY and DTY as raw materials. Has a monthly production capacity of 600 tons of warping products.
