Fujian Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2010, and the project was launched in December 2013. It was identified as a key construction project in Fujian Province and construction began in September 2014. The company is located in the beautifully landscaped Changle Airport Industrial Concentration Zone, bordering the Tan Tou and Mei Hua fishing and ecological towns to the north, and the airport and Zhanggang, Sanxi, and Guhuai cultural and tourism towns to the south. It is adjacent to the textile industry center – Jinfeng Town – to the west. It is 4.3km from Changle International Airport, 8.6km from the Zhanggang entrance of G105 National Highway, and 24.2km from Songxia Port. It enjoys a superior geographical environment and convenient land, sea, and air transportation conditions. It is a key construction project of Changle City's "New Industrial Park, High-tech Park, Intensive Development Park, and Ecological Industrial Park," with a planned land area of approximately 383 mu. It is a modern factory area integrating production, R&D, logistics, quality management, and living, and the relevant planning facilities of the Fuzhou New District are also implemented throughout the park.

The Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber Nylon6 differentiated and functional chemical fiber project has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and is planned to be constructed in four phases. The company's registered capital is 276 million yuan. It introduces advanced production equipment and technologies from home and abroad, and has reached technical exchange and cooperation agreements with internationally renowned equipment manufacturers such as Japan TMT, Sanlian Hongpu, Germany GiMa, Germany Barmag, and Switzerland Uster. It has an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons of Nylon filaments, 80,000 tons of textured filaments, and 240,000 tons of polymer chips. It mainly engages in the production and sales of differentiated and functional chemical fibers, as well as high-tech chemical fibers such as aramid, spandex, and carbon fiber, and polyamide 6 polymer chips. Products cover all specifications from 8.8 to 444 dtex and are mainly sold to high-end apparel markets in South Asia and Europe.
