Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above in HR or related major;
2. Priority will be given to those with more than 2 years of HR work experience;
3. Familiar with the operation process of various HR management practices;
4. Possessing good professional ethics, being down-to-earth and steady, meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination abilities, and team spirit;
5. Proficient in using relevant office software and possessing basic network knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist superiors in establishing and improving the company's HR system, including Jobs, training, wages, insurance, welfare, and performance appraisal;
2. Establish and maintain personnel files, handle and update labor contracts;
3. Implement the operation process of various HR management practices and various rules and regulations, and cooperate with other business departments;
4. Collect relevant labor employment and other personnel policies and regulations;
5. Execute the Jobs process, coordinate and handle employee entry, resignation, transfer, and promotion procedures;
6. Collaborate on new employee onboarding training, implement training plans, contact and organize external training, and track and feedback on training effectiveness;
7. Help build employee relationships, coordinate relationships between employees and management, and organize employee activities;
8. Assist leaders in completing other tasks.
