Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber: Phase 1 project is about to start production

Chang Le News Network reported that the Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber project, located in the Hunan Town Airport Industrial Park, has been progressing smoothly since its commencement last September. The first phase of the project is nearing completion and is expected to be operational by the end of January next year.
In the afternoon, when reporters arrived at the Tangyuan Nylon Synthetic Fiber Phase I project construction site, they were greeted by brand new production plants, modern staff dormitories and canteens. The green belt is already partially planted, complementing the factory buildings. Several workers are busy laying cables. In the production workshop, all new machines are installed, and technicians are installing air conditioners. "Currently, the first phase of the project is nearing completion, with almost 90% of the equipment installed. The final step is cable installation, which is expected to be completed by the 25th of this month, allowing for commissioning. We anticipate being ready for operation in mid-January next year." said Chi Yisong, Executive Deputy General Manager of Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber, to the reporters.
The project manager told reporters that to ensure the project's on-time launch, recruitment is underway, with a total workforce exceeding 1000. The first phase production workshop has introduced advanced foreign equipment—a complete set of advanced spinning machines from TMT of Japan. The workshop currently has 160 spinning positions and, once operational, will have an annual output of 80,000 tons of Nylon filament, with an annual output value of 1.99 billion yuan.
Reporters learned that the Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber project has a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan, covers an area of approximately 382.17 mu, and is planned in four phases. The first three phases are spinning projects, while the fourth phase is a Nylon 6 polymerization and cutting project. The company will introduce advanced domestic and international production equipment to ensure product quality. The company primarily engages in the production and sales of differentiated and functional chemical fibers, as well as high-tech chemical fibers such as aramid and carbon fiber, and polyamide 6 polymerization, injecting new vitality into the city's textile industry.
