Chang Le News Network reported on March 17th that at the construction site of the Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber project in the Chang Le People's Entrepreneurship Base in the Aviation Port Industrial Concentration Zone, several large tower cranes were busy operating, and workers were busy cutting steel bars and transporting materials, presenting a busy scene.

The project manager introduced that what we see now is the first-phase spinning project. The No. 6 exhibition hall, No. 7, No. 8, and No. 9 workshops, and supporting facilities such as dormitories have been basically capped. It is expected to enter the equipment installation phase in May, when advanced production equipment from German companies such as GiMa and Barmag, and Japan's TMT will be introduced. After commissioning, the annual production of Nylon6 will reach 80,000 tons, with an annual output value of 1.99 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 244 million yuan.

It is understood that the Tangyuan Synthetic Fiber project has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and will be constructed in four phases. It mainly engages in the production and sales of differentiated and functional chemical fibers, as well as high-tech chemical fibers such as aramid, spandex, and carbon fiber, and polyamide 6 polymerization. The second phase plans to invest 680 million yuan. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of Nylon6. It is expected to start construction in the third quarter of this year, with an annual output value of 1.99 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 240 million yuan. The third phase plans to invest 670 million yuan. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of Nylon6, with an annual output value of 1.99 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 243 million yuan. The fourth phase plans to invest 350 million yuan. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons of Nylon6 polymerization chips, with an annual output value of 4.51 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 115 million yuan.
